I refuse to accept, "this is what happens as you get older."

When I started plexus I wasn't looking for supplements and I certainly was not looking for a business. I did not need one more thing to do. But when you find something you love that works, you naturally tell your friends and family!

I just wanted to feel better and I was tired of being tired. I watched my sponsor Marla for over 3 years post about these products and I kept scrolling by. Until 1 day something caught my eye. I was hesitant to start another one of "those things!" Because you see I have tried everything out there and nothing seemed to last and nothing gave me the fix that I was looking for. I just simply wanted to feel better and I refused to resort to "this is life", "this is my age", "this is what happens as you get older."

I knew that that way of thinking was nonsense. But I was afraid to try something new and fail again. Until that 1 day I put my pride aside and I gave Marla a call. In the back of my mind I kept thinking to myself what if this is the last thing that I will ever need to try. After speaking with Marla I made the decision to give the products a try. I just wanted to be a better mom, a better daughter and a better person and I knew that the 1st step in being all of those things was better health. It wasn't about losing weight although that would be a wonderful benefit that I achieved a few months on the products.

The first thing that I noticed was regularity for the first time in my life... Then the energy that I dreamed of! I no longer needed 2+ hour naps. As a matter of fact, I didn't need to nap at all anymore! I was able to be more involved with my kids and started to be the mom that I longed to be! I got so much more done in my day and my kids noticed how much happier I was.

My muscle and joint aches improved greatly and I hadn't had a headache in months. Soon I realized that my acid reflux was gone and I no longer had heartburn!! Little by little I felt that my life had greatly improved just because I said yes to a few supplements and a yummy pink drink!

I now am only on one prescription med, down from 7 and have lost 40 pounds and more in inches. I feel very blessed to be on this journey of better health. I finally feel that I'm living life as my best self. I sure wish I would have made these simple changes a long time ago but am glad that I am where I'm at today.
